Through the years, midtconsult have carried out the project design for Chr. Hansen in Avedøre comprising an administration building, colour factory, freezer drying factory, warehouse, laboratories, spray drying factory and latterly the fermentation factory.

The works have included project proposals followed by a detailed project design, submission, building management and works inspection.
