It is seldom enough to install basic ventilation in a factory. Often there are different processes in a production which require tailor made solutions concerning the ventilation.
In accordance with the stipulations by the authorities, the process ventilation will be designed with extraction at the source of the contamination and fresh replacement air will be injected into the room. The process ventilation will not only be established to satisfy the authorities but also to create a better work environment i.e. a better indoor climate.

Process ventilation project designs

- Extraction from the bath with chemicals for the surface treatment of metal. The

extraction air comprises aggressive gasses and fumes. Extraction on the edge of

the baths is established. All channels are in plastic and the ventilator is also

plastic.
- Extraction of the exhaust gasses from the workshop. Extraction from the exhaust

pipes on cars.
- Extraction by the welding machine and band polisher at Herning Technical School
