Industrial Buildings have gone through a huge change during the last decades.

Industrial buildings have moved away from tailor made solutions for individual companies towards more flexible solutions where the building houses both large and small companies under the same roof.

Companies have enjoyed the possibility for more flexibility within the physical framework. Midtconsult have played a large part in this development through the project design for more than 500,000 m², simultaneous with the project design being affected by more demanding stipulations concerning technical requirements and a higher degree of economic awareness by the owner.
